The Hi! Virtual Team
Hannah Illingworth
Founder & Virtual Business ManagerHannah started working in administration after leaving college in the mid-90’s, initially working as a Commercial Officer for the Ministry of Defence and then moving to the NHS where she progressed through a number of different roles including service improvement, project management, coordinating administrative support to various clinical teams, and implementation and management of some key NHS secondary care targets. Whilst she loved working in the NHS, she had to make the difficult decision to put her career on hold to support her husband, an Army Officer, as frequent moves combined with the long hours became too difficult to manage with childcare for our three children, two of whom has additional needs. In September 2018, with all three children in full-time education, Hannah was finally able to restart her career and Hi! Virtual was born! Outside of work and family duties, Hannah is also a musician in the Army Reserves with over 29 years’ service and has played in some amazing venues including the Royal Albert Hall and supporting the Changing of the Guard at Windsor Castle.
Jenna Overbury
Associate VAJenna has 17 years of experience, working in administration and customer service roles before setting up as a Virtual Assistant in February 2021. As a VA, she has finally found her calling. Jenna is a military wife and mum to 2 young boys, so is used to thinking on her feet and organising her days down to the last minute! Visiting Australia is top of my bucket list, I’ve dreamed about it since being obsessed with Home & Away, as a child!
Giovanna Loparco
Associate VAPrior to starting her own business as a VA in September 2020, Giovanna spent 32 years in admin management, project management, process improvement and warehouse management roles within the rail industry. She has Italian heritage, being half Italian and the other half is Yorkshire lass! Giovanna loves spending time with her family cycling, walking and doing most things sporty, including supporting Liverpool FC (but we don’t hold it against her!). Her claim to fame is that she was once in a TV advert for Ovaltine biscuits!
